Hi, is there any workaround to make PowerShell work in WAC published externally with AAD Application Proxy? Thx in advance.

Frankly speaking, I am not professional with this issue since we mainly focus on on-premises AD. As for this issue, we could turn to WAC community for professional assistance. Below is the link:

Besides, since it is related with AAD, we could ask for further assistance on AAD forum. We could submit the request and choose the tag "Azure-Active-Directory"

I am afraid that you would do that. As for our issue, it is related with WAC and AAD, so that it is suggested that we could try to contact WAC community or AAD forum for more professional assistance.
If you turn to the AAD forum, you will need to submit the new request and select the tag "Azure-Active-Directory".
