I have several auto tasks scheduled running in the morning. They run a .cmd file.
I select the option "Run whether user is logged on or not". Anyway, my account never exists at all.
These jobs are running fine every day.
But the problem is once my domain password has changed. I need to update these tasks by opening each of them, and clicking "ok". Then it promotes my password, and I input my new password.
After that, these jobs cannot run at all. It shows " the operator or administrator has refused the request (0x800710E0)".
Any ideas?

The previous task instance may not have terminated for some reason. This setting may solve it:
- If the task is already running then the following rule applies
- Stop the existing instance
I found the root cause. I think it's a bug of task scheduler.
you have to change something of your job, like trigger time. It will take effect, otherwise, only input the password will not help.
