Runtime error! Program:C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe

I started getting this error message recently. At the point of time, I had Bluestacks and Google Chrome as the running apps and Lightshot, Avast Free Antivirus and Steam running in the background. I have attached the screenshot of error message.

I also ran sfc /scannowin escalated Command Prompt. The result was:

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log................."

Here is the link to the log file for reference as I was unable to figure out the error from it.

    Hello there,

    As System File Checker found some errors and was unable to fix them and you are receiving these Runtime Errors, it's an option that your system is corrupt.

    I can recommend to you, that you do a Repair Install on your computer.
