Hi guys,

Microsoft Office version is Microsoft Office 365 for Enterprise.
Operating System - Windows Server 2019 (Remote Desktop Session Host).
If status is changed manually it works fine and synced with Outlook.
However, it was noticed that status in Teams is always online i.e. never auto-changed even if a user doesn't do anything or merely stepped out of their desk for a while.
As a result a user is contacted even if they are not available.

However was able to fix it please advise how do I do it.

    Hi @Cloud_Geek_82 ,
In my experience, you can go to profile picture and try to reset your status in your client to see if it works.

Beside, please try to follow these steps to clean your Teams client cache file and restart it

    1. Quit Microsoft Teams.
    2. Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
    3. Delete contents of the entire folder.
    4. Restart Microsoft Teams.
