McAffee Endpoint securruty blocking windows update

I have had this issue for a while now. Window update to Windows 10 version 1909, however McAffee Endpoint securruty is blocking the update and claims I need admin permisions to unstall McAffee, however I do have admin permissions I'm the only account on my laptop and I have checked and update permissions to ensure I am admin. I have tried McAffee's uninstall tool, program manager I don't know what else to do. please help

    Talk to your IT department - whoever installed McAfee installed it should know what to do. With Sophos Central, you have to disable a tamper-protection component in the Sophos Central management website for that device so that it can be uninstalled.
