I get error message above trying to connect to Hotmail using windows live mail. Just started this morning. Pasting into a browser yields error message about using "verb" to get email.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (wayne_tomison) account.
Server Error: 0x80048849
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048849
I have deleted and re-installed my "Hotmail" account several times. Thank you for your assistance.
