How do I delete more than 1 email at a time. Is there a button that says delete all? Trash? Spam? Have too many to delete on at a time

    Hi Sherrie,

    1. Who is your email service provider?
    2. Are you using any email client like outlook, Windows mail?

If you are using outlook, then I would suggest you to press Ctrl key and select the emails you want to delete and press delete key to get emails deleted.

If you are using Windows mail to select multiple messages, hold down the CTRL key and click the messages you want to delete. And press delete key.

If you are using any other email client, then provide us more information to assist you better.

That doesn't work for me.  Clicking  on ctrl  in Outlook will only highlight/select one message at a time.
