What does powercfg -change -standby-timeout-ac 0 do?

I'm suppose to use the command powercfg -change -standby-timeout-ac 0 in PowerShell and document what changed. I believe it makes a change in the Power Options menu. I also checked the Advanced Power Settings. Kind of lost. Any info is much appreciated!
