How can i fix the issue? Please help.
NOTE: I have tried to repair and reinstall after uninstall.
Create a new app. Try what you were doing with the windows. I want to make sure it is not something with the app you have open.

You can try to delete the temp files in C:\Users\ [userName]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\16.0_[versionNumber]\ComponentModelCache

Hi @Muhammet YILDIZ , you can run visual studio in safe mode, if the issue persists, please try to reset visual studio settings through Tools/Import and Export settings.
