Power BI to connect to Azure Cost

Hi,

I am trying to following link to create Power BI report. But I am not sure where to find the :
In the Azure portal, navigate to Cost Management + Billing.

1.Select your billing account.

2.On the Overview menu, copy the Billing account ID.

3.For Choose Scope, select Enrollment Number and paste the billing account ID from the previous step.

4.Enter the number of months and then select OK.

Not sure where to find the Billing account ID and Enrollment number in the Azure Portal?

    Billing Account ID or EA enrollment # should be available if you have access to the complete Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) or Enterprise Agreement (EA)

    Azure portal should also show it - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/view-all-accounts

    Collect Billing account ID for Azure EA Account:

    1. Login to portal.azure.com as Enterprise admin.
    2. Go to cost management + billing and select a billing scopes.
    3. Now click on properties and copy Billing Account ID.
