Expand Dynamic Disk - Windows Server

Hi all, I want to ask regarding below situation.

For example, I want to expand Volume D with existing disk that has provision before. Why when I try to expand the existing disk it shows in separate disk. Like below, you can see at 2 Boxes that I highlighted.

One more, 1 Volume limit 32 Disk. does below Volume D already count as 5 disk or only 3 disk ?

    Hi,

    Please provide the result of the below:

    DISKPART>list disk
    DISKPART>list volume
