How can I fix this, in order that I may back up, without downloading some programs that claims to fix it and there is always add-on etc.

    The error number doesn't look like an error number. It is one digit too short. It is too big for a Windows error. It has the wrong form for COM errors (start 0x8) or NTStatus errors (start 0xC).
