My college wired LAN uses PEAP authentication, I am a Windows 8 user, and my ultrabook laptop does not have a ethernet port so i use a USB-ethernet adapter.
The driver is working fine, but i am unable to authenticate the PEAP.
The Adapter properties window has no tab for authentication so that i can't change to PEAP manually.
I checked the Wired AutoConfig, it was started, infact i even restarted for the sake of it.
The tab did not appear.
I have no antivirus except for the default Windows Defender, so that is also not the issue.
I tried disabling firewall, that did not help either
Please tell me what to do?
