Mouse not Detected

I wanted to change my mosue.

But I don no how to do it when i put in my USB the the deviceand showed unkown device and my mouse is a gaming mouse.

But when i on my com my mouse got light and when the sreen show starting window the light  when off.

My  hidden icon say the system did not detect the gaming mouse WHY ?.

Hi Chuazhen,

  1. What’s the make and model of the Mouse?
  2. Have you tried connecting the Mouse to a different USB port?
  3. Have you made any recent changes on the computer prior to this issue?

Try connecting the Mouse to a different USB port and check if the Mouse works, you may even try connecting the mouse to a different computer and check if the Mouse works.

I would suggest you to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check it works.
