- What’s the make and model of the Mouse?
- Have you tried connecting the Mouse to a different USB port?
- Have you made any recent changes on the computer prior to this issue?
Try connecting the Mouse to a different USB port and check if the Mouse works, you may even try connecting the mouse to a different computer and check if the Mouse works.
I would suggest you to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check it works.
