Hi, today when i checked, i saw this 'Program' in the list of startup application in task manager.. What is it? and how to remove it ?? is it harmful to my laptop??? It was enabled by default, i disabled it manually please help..

Right-click one of the column headers at the top (Name, Publisher, Status, ...), and turn on the extra details views so you can see where that program is and what it comes from. Example from my computer:
You can also right-click the program in the list and choose "open file location" to open a folder where the file resides.
