Hello. Please help me with my error. I don't use this service that often, so I don't know exactly when it happened, probably a few weeks ago. I noticed that the Reporting services point is not working and is in a critical status. I looked at the srsp logs and got the error The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable. SRS not detected as running.
I haven't done any adjustments recently. there are some things I tried to do.

  1. Rebooted SQL services
  2. Checked the account.
  3. Checked the disk space.
    But the error has not changed. I also see this error when I click on the reports link in my browser.Please help me with this problem. Thank you!

    @Panchenko Denis
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    Is your reporting services point working before?
    Have we installed the SSRS and configured it correctly?

    Hi. This method really helped me. I made it easier, I uninstalled the SRSS service, I did not delete the bases. After installing SRSS again, everything worked. True, someone may need to click "Delete Encrypted Content" in the SRSS settings after reinstalling, otherwise the reports will try to load from the previous server. Thank you very much for your help!
