java.lang.NullPointerException When trying to Print from Printmaster, a Security Question?

Yes, I updated Java and allowed the Printmaster app through firewall. I was wondering if there was something in the Behavior Blocking features that might not allow the print dialog box.

the error reads:

    now I'm wondering if I'm a pioneer in finding some kind of bug in Printmaster 2012 Platinum on Windows 8.1. Printmaster support has not turned out to be solving the problem, and encore seems to be one of the few publishing this lind of software.

    several times...they keep telling me to update Java...and this is a new system with the win 8.1 update.

    I think a good thing to determine is if this is a program (App) issue or something on my computer ...Suggestion?

    Yes, tried this...Odd thing is that   print works on another document, so print dialog couldn't be null object(?)...

    Hi Marko,

    PrintMaster is an Encore product.  Here's an article which talks about similar issue.

    If that does not help, I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall PrintMaster 2012 Plantinium and check the issue.

    a. Press Windows key + X, choose Programs and Features.

    b. Choose PrintMaster 2012 Plantinium and Uninstall it.

    Now, reinstall PrintMaster 2012 Plantinium.
