Azure WebJob - Trigger not running on schedule with cron expression - 0 0 14 4 1/1 *

We have a Webjob that should be triggered on 4th of every month at 2PM. We have used a CRON expression "0 0 14 4 1/1 *" . But, the job does not trigger at this time. Any idea why this CRON expression might not be working? Or could there be a different issue?

In case Always On is disabled, enable this feature and see if that makes any difference.

By default, web apps are unloaded if they are idle for some period of time. This lets the system conserve resources. In Basic or Standard mode, you can enable Always On to keep the app loaded all the time.

Just to confirm, ensure the CRON expression has ‘schedule’ append.

Ensure it is deployed in the right directory/ triggered job copy your binaries to: d:\home\site\wwwroot\app_data\jobs\triggered{job name}

To get more details on the issue, review the logs and let us know.
Navigate go to the url: https://{sitename}.scm.azurewebsites.net/api/triggeredwebjobs/{jobname} (remove the job name to see all triggered WebJobs)

Whatever is written to console output and console error will go to a log file for the specific triggered webjob run. You can see it on the WebJobs dashboard but the file itself is located under d:\home\data\jobs\triggered{jobname}{jobrunid}.

On the App Service, In the left navigation, click on Diagnose and solve problems – Checkout the tile for “Diagnostic Tools” > “Availability and Performance” & "Best Practices". /Review the WebJob details.

I see you have posted another question on the WebJob (here), just want to confirm if these are related to the same WebApp/WebJob or they're different/and the issue is isolated.
