To further troubleshoot the issue, please confirm the following information:
- If you set your account in another computer, does the issue persist?
- Do other users in your organization have the same problem?
- Does the issue occur after the recent update?
If just a specific user have this problem, please clean the Teams client cache and restart it.

In addition, to exclude the third-party application effect, please also perform a clean boot in windows.
