OLP RDS Activation on CSP

Question

Hi There, I have a customer that bought RDS OLP licenses through CSP. When they activate the RDS licenses, it asks them to enter an Authorization number or a License number. Does anyone know hot to activate these as 365 Admin does not offer the Authorization number or a License number.

Hi,
I consider that you'd better speak to CSP and they will confirm that your CSP licenses and the activation step
As far as I know, when running the RDS license Activate Server Wizard, under License Program. could choose the type as 'License Pack'.
