Failing task sequence

Builds in our New York office not completing task sequence. smsts.log on failed clients has the following error:
Failed to set log directory. Some execution history may be lost.
The system cannot find the file specified. (Error: 80070002; Source: Windows)
Our London office is not having this problem. (Builds are completing successfully).

I'd appreciate any help in resolving this problem.

    To narrow down the issue, could you please help share the error screenshot on one problematic client in New York office? On which task sequence step it failed? Can we find any further information when comparing the smsts.log on working and non-working client?
