Unable to load jupyternote book files in Machine learning Workspace

None of the jupyter notebook files are loading in Machine Learning workspace studio.

Based on your tag selected - In Azure Machine Learning Studio classic portal the notebooks feature has retired recently. Before the retirement a banner was available on the portal to download the notebooks and data. Here is the message for reference.
Run Jupyter Notebooks in your workspace

We are using Azure Machine Learning studio not the classic version. Sorry for the wrong tag selection.
All other files (like .csv .txt etc) are loading but notebooks are not. Its only happening to one of the user in Workspace.
For others its working fine.

@Satish Chikkamath Are the files ending with .ipynb extension? I think if the files do not have an extension we see such behavior and if the user renames the file with the extension the notebook should load and display the cells appropriately. Thanks.
