Suggest you try to have the system scanned with both of the following in this order
-don't skip around.. .
Cləaring Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History in Internet Explorer Tools >Internet Options
> General
You'll see Delete Cookies, Delete files, Delete Histoяy
Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files

Do a disk cləanup.
click the Start button. in the səarch box, type
