The results of the nbtstat -n command are normal, these are all for your computer and workgroup. Do you see the unwanted network computers in the output of the nbtstat -r command?

Hi Glenn,
I understand that you want to remove two computer from the home group.
You can definitely remove the computers from the home group.
Please note this steps has to be done from the computers that needs to be removed from the network list.
Login to the computer that needs to be removed from the network and ensure that you have logged in as Administrator.
Please follow the below article if the computer is Windows 7:

I can't log on to these computers listed. They came from outside of my computer and I have no idea who or what they are. I need to remove them from my computer instead.
I think they came though the wireless modem that is OPEN to all. And for awhile, I had not firewall or protection to my computer for about a week until I realized they both were not running. Now I have these 2 computers listed and need something to help REMOVE them from my computer.
When I click on each one, they ask me to log in and I have no idea what the username or password is that they use.

Okay, I clicked on Turn on network discovery and saved changes, accepted the admin prompt and it took me back.
Now I click on Advanced sharing center again and the option I just changed is back to OFF. No changes made. I did it again and the same results happen. So how is it not working for me to keep the option I had picked to change? It is not making the changes you have described above. Any idea what I can do next?
