Hi,
Go into Programs and Features and uninstall the Printer software from there.
Cheers.

I need to uninstall all the printer drivers on my laptop and start fresh. I found Printer Management in Windows 8 but it just won't open. When I click on it the window starts to open and immediately closes. I have tried pinning it to the task bar, opening it directly from system 32 and restarting the printer spooler.
This is a work lap top that someone was using a year ago. I work in an office of weird artsy people who are clueless about technology. The guy who used to use the lap top has no ideas. I think the best fix is to uninstall all printers and drivers and start again with the right driver. I'm pretty sure the only way to do this is throught printer management. HELP!
