Hi,

You can scroll down to More Information > How to Manually Replace Corrupt System File

https://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833?wa=wsignin1.0

Or, Run Dism.exe

Open Command Prompt (Admin)

Type

dism.exe  /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Press Enter

When finished, run SFC /scannow again.

If System file checker once again reports corrupt files could not be fixed, Refresh or Reset the PC.  I'd personally advise Resetting the PC.  You'll lose your files so ensure you've backed them up before starting the process.
