ADLS signing in: Getting 'unable to get local issuer certificate' error

Could you please provide the documentation/steps you are following as well as a screenshot of the error? -

2021-02-10T06:16:22.1+00:00 Followed below steps to create certificate file:
- Installed OpenSSL for windows
- Run command 's_client -showcerts -connect microsoft.com:443'.
- copied and pasted everything from (and including) -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- through -----END CERTIFICATE----- into a new .cer file for self signed certificate.
- Import newly created .cer file in ADLS and restarted the application.

I see you have Azure Storage Explorer open, you can find information on how to sign in here. Could you please clarify what documentation you are following and what you are trying to accomplish?
