Error message <Error 1275>

Question

i want install dongle emulator in my windows 7 x64 OS, but im getting the error message can you help me fix it???

It was working fine in windows XP platform.

Hi,

Try the following 

1. Run the Game as an Administrator

Run the game as an administrator to solve error 1275. To do so, right click it and select Run as administrator option from the context menu.

2. Perform Clean System Boot 

Boot your computer by blocking the third party programs and services. Use the System Configuration utility to do the task.

1. Click Start | Run.
2. Type MsConfig and press ENTER.
3. From the startup and services tabs, disable appropriate items.
4. Click Apply | OK.
5. Reboot the system.
6. Run the Game in Compability Mode 

If you can’t run a game and get error 1275, run it with the compatibility mode. Following are the steps to do so:

1. Right click the game and select Properties option.
2. Click Compability tab.
3. Mark Run this program in compability mode for box as checked.
4. Select an earlier version of Microsoft Windows, such as, Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down box.
5. Click Apply | OK.
6. Restart the game.
7. Use the System File Checker (SFC) Tool 

Your operating system files may be corrupted. Replace them with their original versions using System File Checker application.

1. Click Start | Run.
2. Type SFC /ScanNow and press ENTER key.
3. Follow the wizard on your screen.
4. Change Recently Installed Hardware 

A recently installed hardware may cause error 1275. Un-attaching it would fix the problem. For example, a recently installed graphics card or sound card.
