There is a good 3rd party app called Treesize (from jam software) that will tell you what is using what. You should also run the disk cleanup wizard to remove un-needed files/folders. When you do check clean up system files

I have been having disk space issues. Windows shows me that the internal disk is filled to capacity (100/100 GB). I don't believe this is true, based on what I use my computer for. I suspect that there is quite a bit of duplicated information on my disk that could be deleted. For example, I have already discovered a folder named "Skydrive", as in the predecessor to OneDrive, that contains a copy of everything in my OneDrive folder. Unfortunately, deleting this folder also deletes OneDrive, so I am looking for other culprits.
In order to solve my problem, I am looking for a way to view an itemized list of the information on the disk. Ideally, this list would contain programs and all of their associated files. I hope to use this list to trim the fat, so to speak, from my disk. Any and all possible solutions are appreciated.
