Pay-as-you-go subscription

Hi,
I have just setup a pay as you go subscription, i went through the whole payment process and didn't get any errors. I then logged into the Azure portal with the account i used to sign up but no subscriptions are listed.

When i go to Azure Active Directory i am unable to see any user accounts, like i dont have permission to view them... The portal keeps showing an error but when i try to view information on it it just errors out. If i try and create a resource it asks me to sign up to an account.

what is interesting/strange is that i dont have an onmicrosoft.com address. I signed up with an @harsh.com .com address. I'm not sure if there is a higher admin account which was created during the subscription sign up process? Either way i dont know what that is or have access to it.

I signed up using a company credit card, and so i cant just try again without getting some unwanted questions about what happened to the one I just setup.

Any ideas?

We need your email address to check if account was created and subscription is enabled on it.

Also share the screenshot of the Azure portal post login.

I am trying to cancel the azure subscription and remove the card in the account it is a PIA

@Still_Funky 2U Did you contact Azure subscription management team by raising a support ticket?

The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

@Frank Giamatti First thing, you need to remove the spending limit and perform the steps mentioned in the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/upgrade-azure-subscription#upgrade-to-pay-as-you-go-rates to add your payment method. If you are unable to perform any steps or finding difficulty upgrading to Pay-As-You-Go subscription, you can reach out to Azure subscription management team by raising a support request using this link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request the ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
