Microsoft .NET Framework Error, Help Please!

Hello, first time poster here. So on this Alienware laptop anytime I try to connect to the internet I keep getting this .NET Framework message. I've read the other posts about this same question, but it's not helping. I am running a SFC Scan and 2 anti virus programs, haven't found anything. The message reads as follow:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
A non-recoverable error occurred during a database
(then in the details portion this is what comes up, it's mostly all gibberish to me...)
