I decided to apply for a Microsoft Certified Trainer. I registered from the right places with my e-mail. I received the certificate of Microsoft Office Specialist Expert (on Excel) on 24.12.2019. And it's on my certiport profile right now. Verification code: wLQy7-FMpx. If you see my badge at www.youracclaim.com.
However, the profile I created for the MCT (microsoft examination dashboard) does not contain any information about this badge and certificate. I would like to note that I have created a new profile for the Examination dashboard. Please help me to get my certificates reflected.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
    Certification Profile/Certification Dashboard
    Certification Profile/Incorrect/Missing Information
    Certification Profile/MCID Assistance
    Certification Profile/Account Linking
