Printed Text Width - too wide

Recently (and I HAVEN'T changed anything to do with this issue) my screen display of things I access (help, web sites etc.) often exceeds the width of Portrait size and this shows in printing where the right hand side is cut off and I have to resort to Landscape view/print. It doesn't happen every time but is a very frequent annoyance. Any ideas?

No deliberate changes. It's just that a regular emailed document  get suddenly appears too wide to print in portrait and even landscape is sometimes insufficient. It happened too on info we were seeking on vacations. It doesn't happen ALL the time but enough to be a damned nuisance having to 'view output' and adjust size parameters.

I am convinced that Windows makes its own changes without telling me. In other issues, people responding  say  things like 'change parm X back to parm Y' when I haven't changed ANYTHING at all (and am not capable anyhow).

    Hello Terry,

Apologize for the difficulties that you're going through with Windows and also for the delayed response.

Let us know few more details about the nature of the issue for better understanding:

Did you make changes in the Computer that might have caused this issue?

Did you try changing the Screen Resolution and check if it helped or not?

Does this issue occur only while printing and with particular applications?

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the graphic/display card and Printer drivers to fix the issue.

Get back with the requested details for further assistance.
