Multple Purchases

Question

I recently have been verified as a Service Connected Disabled Veteran Sole Proprietor for the US Government and I recently received a request to purchase 29 Microsoft Surface Pro 7 - 12.3" - Core i7 1065G7 - 16 GB RAM - 512 GB SSD Part #: PVU - 00015.
What do I need to do to perform this process and purchase these units and I would need the price each, any taxes added on and shipment to Washington DC.
I would very much appreciate your response and like I said, this is my first time trying to get back on my feet as a Vietnam Veteran.
