Onselect Send an email - Operators Error

I have been trying to complete my from for a month now and I'm hung up on "onselect send an email".
I've watched every video and looked at so many Q&As no matter what I try the darn thing does not work.

My request is 2 part request, first series is obtaining approvals via flow, that is working just fine. part two, requestor should fill out page to the "Submit for Contract Execution" by selecting this it will end an email to a group inbox. I do want some info from the request to feed through the email so that searching in the inbox will be easier. I've attached a screen shot of page 2 and my error.
