Hi kalhalo,

I understand that you are not able to install .NET frame work 4.5.1 and you get an error code “Code 80246010 & Code 800705B9”.

This might have caused due to following reasons:

Third party application conflict

Permission on temp location

Please follow the below suggestions and check if it helps:

Method 1: Disable any third party security program

Please disable or remove any third party security program that is installed on the computer. At times these programs will create a conflict.

Important Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Method 2: delete temp files
