I get the same message from update troubleshooter and I can NOT update. I had to reset the machine to factory settings because I had a lot of functionality issues but now I can not get up to date. It fails to configure the updates and reverses the changes. I have tried to install just a few at a time but it just goes round and round with 0% downloaded or it simply tries to download all of them anyway. So it downloads, installs but fails to configure. Can you help me?

I read the article but I am not sure what the "source location" is. In the update catalog I don't know what to pick, I have 126 updates to install.
