AutoIt v3 Script has stopped working

Question

My computer kept running high on its cpu usage before so I did those recommends of AVG tuneup utilities told me to do so, but after I did different 'optimisations', my computer start popping up a error message 'AutoIt v3 Script has stopped working'. It annoys me a lot as it pops up quite frequently, and I am also scared that my computer might have some kind of problems. I am not a computer guy at all, I tried scanning my computer for virus with AVG antivirus free edition 2015 and checked hard disk for errors, but nothing came up at all. I really need to solve this error message, I couldn't work with that message keep popping up. And I am currently downloading emsisoft anti-malware as some websites recommended to look for any chance to solve the error by removing malwares. Can anyone suggest how to resolve this problem? A lot of thanks :D

PS if additional information is required I can provide, but please keep it at a simple way, I don't think I would understand those complex computer things :P

Ah yea, I did some clean registry and defragment registry in tuneup utilities too, does that affect the registry entries and cause the error?

I performed the malware scan already however the problem is still here, do anyone have any idea on what's going on? :(
