Windows Problem Reporting causing 100% Disk usage

Hi

ok so i just updated my itunes and some other things then my internet started to cut out a bunch, so i  tried to restore PC back to before i got the updates but it said the restore failed and nothing changed but it deleted some files i think for itunes because it wont open now and i cannot install a new one because it says itune64.msi is missing and it also did not fix the internet problem.

anyways, thats not what im concerned about. I noticed in task manager that windows error reporting is taking up all my disk space. it is running at 100% for some reason and i am concerned something serious is wrong with my computer now.

i have 10GB ram with 2GB being DDR. it is a pretty new computer and running windows 8.1. have never had any problems before doing these updates and i have never had a restore fail on me before.  kind of confused on what happened and what i should be doing to fix this because win 8 came pre-installed and i do not have a disk. should i try to undo the restore?

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

The factory installation files are available on your computer, built-in.  Most computers don’t come with a recovery CD anymore, it’s just built in to the computer on the hard drive.  Every computer manufacturer has different ways of accessing it (usually it’s pressing a special key when you start the computer, but my Sony computer has a special pin-hole to press with a paperclip to start the recovery process). If it’s not built in, and you can’t use the Refresh/Reset options above because you don’t have the media, you’ll have to call your computer manufacturer to request a recovery CD/drive be sent to you.  Some companies charge for this, but I had great luck with Dell, who shipped me a recovery CD by FedEx overnight delivery.

If you want, you can also get them here; Create installation mediaforWindows 8  (but it won't come with the drivers you'll need, so you should get it from your manufacturer or use the built-in option instead).

Here's how to use the built-in option: http://cmdrkeene.com/quickly-repair-pc-problems  (use option #3).
