Started getting a pop up saying

Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working:

I have already tried running

sfc /scannow  via command line and it did not find any integrity violations. Haven't installed anything new on the machine either. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Rolling back the machine to a previous state is not an option as there is just too much data on the machine that changes daily.

This may be the issue:

LoadedModule[29]=c:\progra~2\videocnv\zet.dll

LoadedModule[30]=c:\progra~2\videocnv\zet.dll

The same problem was reported in the following topic:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-performance/rundll32exe-crashing-constantly-on-windows-7/c7e5c519-b342-4a70-85cb-fe953bb49f6d

Try what suggested in that topic where removing the dll was removed.

    The error points to the KERNELBASE.dll which  is a component of Windows.

    However another, possibly third party module may actually be causing the crash.

    Can you download and run the following application (AppCrashView):

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app\_crash\_view.html

    Click on one of the recent rundll32.exe errors.

    Can you copy and paste the information that appears in the lower window that has loaded modules.

    Can you try removing the file in Safe Mode.

    Post back if still an issue.
