error 1723 - dll missing

hi

i cant install any sw using msi installer. all i get is error 1723. i tried with another user that i created for this purpose and that did actually work. now the question is how do i get me original account fixed

w 8.1, 64bit, lenovo yoga

    thank you! setting permissions seems to have fixed the issue. i have only tried one msi installer so far but i see no reason why other should not work now
