I upgraded to the window 10 tech preview from windows 7 and now my mouse and keyboard dont work once the os loads up and brings me to the sign in screen. I cant even roll back to windows 7 now because I have no mouse input except for when the bios splash screen is showing. Any help would be amazing thank you.

    Hi Jaredlange,

In addition to ‘Slance’ question. I would appreciate if you could also answer the following questions:

    • Did you try restarting the computer and check?
    • Did you try connecting the Keyboard and Mouse to another USB port and check if it works?

    Thanks and regards,

I have this exact same issue on my system I just updated from Windows 7. I tried a wireless keyboard and mouse along with a connected USB keyboard and mouse. I also tried restarting and still unable to get anything to work.

So I had to restart my PC press "F8" on startup. I still had to select which HDD to boot to, but this then took me to the repair screen and I was able to rollback to Windows 7 from t here. I hope this helps and my wireless USB was working again for all of this.
