Mouse and keyboard input not working after windows 10 upgrade from windows 7.
I upgraded to the window 10 tech preview from windows 7 and now my mouse and keyboard dont work once the os loads up and brings me to the sign in screen. I cant even roll back to windows 7 now because I have no mouse input except for when the bios splash screen is showing. Any help would be amazing thank you.

2016-06-16T02:24:36+00:00 hi, how were you able to disable this feature if your keyboard & mouse not working?
Got a pen? Touch? Speech recognition? Remote Desktop?

2016-06-19T01:40:20+00:00 I just updated to Windows 10 from 7 today. I have a brand new PC build with latest firmware, bios, a new Logitech mouse and a 3 yr old keyboard, both USB Bluetooth. Mouse and keyboard work in BIOS, but not in the Windows welcome screen. I can give no input with mouse and keyboard not working. And MY GOSH! This thread has been around for 1.5 years and no one has a solution?

2016-06-19T08:14:54+00:00 My PC had same issue... no USB mouse or keyboard. (Both wired)
PC had latest drivers for W7 ...there are no W10 USB as mother board manufscturer states no longer required.
There are W10 Intel chips etc drivers but can only install post upgrade.
Managed to get to menus by using PS2 keyboard but no mouse - rolled back all working fine under W7.
I don't think this a device driver .. as W10 would recognis a MS keyboard and MS mouse ... this is at fundamental USB level.
I thought W10 upgrade would be reasonably painless... can we report this USB issue to MS? or log a total to get it fixed?
This is not isolated problem.
