I upgraded to the window 10 tech preview from windows 7 and now my mouse and keyboard dont work once the os loads up and brings me to the sign in screen. I cant even roll back to windows 7 now because I have no mouse input except for when the bios splash screen is showing. Any help would be amazing thank you.

    I had same issues ...

    As per suggestion -

Removed the AICharger+  function (rest of AI Suite II is fine) and the W10 upgrade works

I checked with ASUS they state this is not a supported W10 application, and Microsoft should disable it during upgrade.

    Now upgraded to W10 fine.

ASUS did advise updating 2 drivers as soon as you are on W10 ... and in this specific order:

    #1   Intel Chipset Driver        Intel_Chipset_Win10_V10117

    #2   Intel Management Engine   -   MEI1-5_Win10_VER11001157

both files are on ASUS web site

I had exactly the same issue with at least six install attempts using various ideas from people - each followed by a restore of the boot drive. The AiCharger was the issue. Asus knows it's not compatible with W10, whether they know it blocks installation I don't know. I'd have thought Microsoft would know and would identify it as an incompatible product that must be uninstalled.

MS should add it to list of excluded applications.

    Unfortunately they don't.

ASUS support didn't seem to know of issue until I found it out, asked them and then they confirmed it is not supported in W10.

Had days of being given driver fixes etc ... by them.

W10 upgrade should simply disable this as it is not W10 compatible.
