Mouse and keyboard input not working after windows 10 upgrade from windows 7.
I upgraded to the window 10 tech preview from windows 7 and now my mouse and keyboard dont work once the os loads up and brings me to the sign in screen. I cant even roll back to windows 7 now because I have no mouse input except for when the bios splash screen is showing. Any help would be amazing thank you.

I wonder whether remote desktop would have worked. Life is too short to try.
Interesting that the dead USB ports were not limited to those on the MB, I have an addin 3.0 USB card and it also stopped working.
Spread the information.

I had this weekend open so I tried it again. For the last 2 hours I've kept trying every suggestion anyone had listed. Then I found a link to this solution on "Tenforums". One checkbox, it can't be that easy can it? IT WORKED!! Thank you!!

2016-09-15T21:30:10+00:00 Since the Mouse and Keyboard are not working does anyone have a solution that does not require the mouse and/or keyboard? Every solution I've seen on the web require the mouse or keyboard.
I'm not sure how to fix an issue that's preventing the mouse and Keyboard from working if the solutions require the mouse and keyboard to work in the first place?
