BSOD when using excel 2010, error msg NETwNs64.sys

BSOD seems to happen when I am using Excel. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Please help :(

These were all Related to NETwNs64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation  Yours is 5 years old.  Completely remove the current driver and install the newest driver available.

    We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
