This program not appearing in Guest user !

So recently I've installed Google input tools on my winXP, sadly I can't use it on my Guest user, it's working on Administrator only.

Plz help

    Try run,type: services.msc  in msc,scroll to the service,R.click on it,properties,

    edit for other users,exit when thru.Also,in the administrative account,try R.clicking

    on the icon,properties,try the same aproach as services...

    Also,with most software installations,dont run in auto-mode,open and run with

    custom installation,usually you can set for "all users" to run its software..

    So I tried this with Administrator and selected properties by R.clicking, there hence I don't know what to do as shown in the image.
