Sharepoint Online flow to approval of document: Approve/Reject every one should Approve

Hi,

I have a document approval for SharePoint online document library and I have dynamic approvers to approve the document, the requirement is all the approver should approve the document, I am using Approve/Reject - Everyone should approve, but this approach is not working as expected.

Even when one approve approves the flow is going to the next step and its not waiting for others to respond.

Kindly help to resolve this.

    Hi @Akane ,

    Where did you perform approve/reject? If you use start and wait for an approval actions in Power Automate, you need to approve/reject files in Outlook like below instead of directly setting Approval Status in a SharePoint library.

    Hi @Allen Xu_MSFT , Thanks for the response. In my case, 'start and wait for approval' is waiting for only one hour then it executes the next condition. But I want it to wait for approval of all the approvers for at least 30 days. Thanks
