Hi Microsoft Community

I work on the IT help desk in an organisation that uses standard Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and we have a typical Office 365 tenancy in the cloud (yourdomain.com.au).

We frequently get users who's Microsoft Teams breaks with the error as seen in the screenshot below.

We have tried the following as referenced in the following link -

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_o365admin-mso_teams-mso_o365b/ms-teams-keeps-randomly-crashing/d4b3fd90-c77e-468a-82a7-8190db44f73f

As well as the fixes in the below article -

I have done research and it appears other organisations have experienced similar issues with the Teams Desktop client.

Hello, we have the problem in the company that we occasionally get this error message when starting teams. The problem can only be resolved by a new installation. I would like to know the cause of the problem so that it doesn't happen in the first place.

Has anyone in the technet community found a way to prevent and easily fix this issue.

Any assistance or advice is greatly appreciated.

*Error Code 407 *

    @Fargo94 ,

    Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before this issue happened?

    You could troubleshoot this issue from the following several methods:

    1. Check if the date and time zone are set correctly.
    2. Check if TCP 443 and UDP 3478-3481 ports are opened in your firewall.
    3. Perform a clean boot to exclude the conflict with other applications.
    4. Make sure your Teams client is the latest version.
