NETWORK CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM

CLICKED CONTROL PANES, NETWORK SHARING CENTRE, DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR, GOT THE FOLLOWING PANEL:-

"WINDOWS HAS CONFIRMED THIS COMPUTER IS EXPERIENCING A NETWORK CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM

Windows found a problem that cannot be repaired automatically. Contact your ISP or Network Administrator for help or click here for information about things you can try to help resolve the problem."

I just wasted 2 hours struggling with totally irrelevant help suggestions and looking at lots of menus and little panels. I am confused. I don't have the skills to solve this, I don't understand the terms of reference. I need to know if m/s professionals are willing help with this or not, so I don't waste more time here also.

I FINALLY SPENT £30 HAVING MY MACHINE LOOKED AT AND A NEW GRAPHICS CARD FITTED BY MY LOCAL SPECIALIST. THIS HAS SOLVED THE PROBLEM. WHY COULD NOT THE STAFF ON THIS SITE HAVE TOLD ME THAT, WHY DID I HAVE TO SPEND MONEY ON SUCH A SIMPLE ISSUE? ANSWER: BECAUSE THE M/S OPERATING SYSTEM AND EVERYTHING ELSE ON MY MACHINE IS MONSTROUSLY USER UNFRIENDLY AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT BECAUSE M/S HAS A MONOPOLY.
